Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 January 2025

Frequency AI Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our website and waitlist.

Who we are

Controller: Frequency AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
Contact: privacy@frequency.sh

What data we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect:

  • Email address — required to join the waitlist and receive updates.
  • Optional information — such as your role and interests, if you choose to provide them.

We may also process minimal technical data for security purposes, such as IP addresses. This data is processed by Cloudflare as part of their hosting and security services.

How we use your data

We use your email address to:

  • Confirm your place on the waitlist.
  • Send you product updates and early access information.
  • Contact you about Frequency AI when we launch.

We will not sell your data or use it for purposes beyond those stated here.

Lawful basis

We process your data based on your consent, which you give when you submit your email to join the waitlist. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Data retention

We will keep your data for up to 24 months from the date you joined the waitlist, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If we launch the product and you become a customer, different retention periods may apply.

Third parties

We use the following processors:

  • Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and security services. Cloudflare may process your IP address as part of their standard security features.

We do not use any analytics or tracking tools on this website.

Cookies

We do not use cookies for tracking or analytics. Cloudflare may use essential cookies for security purposes (such as bot protection), but we do not set any first-party cookies ourselves.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
  • Erasure — ask us to delete your data.
  • Withdraw consent — stop us from processing your data.
  • Complain — lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you are unhappy with how we have handled your data.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at privacy@frequency.sh.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "last updated" date above.
